We all know the feeling of motivation – it’s that boost of energy and enthusiasm that gets us moving towards our goals. But what are the habits that successful, motivated people use to stay on track? Here are five of the most effective:

5. Find your inspiration . It helps to have a role model or something (or someone) to inspire you along the way . When you’re feeling lost or discouraged , look to your inspiration for motivation.
